These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and the professional WordPress development and AI services I provide. Services

I provide professional WordPress development and AI services, including but not limited to: Custom WordPress Development, Custom Theme Development, Custom Plugin Development, Figma / Adobe XD / PSD to WordPress Conversion, WooCommerce Development, AI Solutions & Automation, WordPress API Integration, Website Performance Optimization, Website Migration, Website Maintenance & Security, and WordPress Consultation. All services are provided according to the agreed project scope and timeline.

Project Estimates & Quotations

All quotations and project estimates are based on the information provided by the client. If the project scope changes after development begins, additional costs and revised timelines may apply. Any new requirements outside the agreed scope will be treated as additional work.

Project Timeline

Estimated delivery dates are provided based on the approved project scope. Project timelines may change due to delayed client feedback, additional feature requests, third-party service delays, hosting or server issues, or force majeure events. Every effort will be made to deliver projects on time.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to: provide accurate project requirements; supply required content, images, logos, and other assets; respond to review requests within a reasonable timeframe; review completed work promptly; make payments according to the agreed schedule; and provide necessary website or hosting access when required. Project delays caused by missing information or delayed communication may affect the final delivery date.

Payments

Payment terms are agreed upon before the project begins. Unless otherwise stated: an advance payment is required before work starts; remaining payments are made according to agreed project milestones or before final delivery; work may be paused if scheduled payments are not received. All prices are quoted in the agreed currency unless specified otherwise.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included according to the agreed project scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges, which will always be communicated and approved before work continues.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables developed specifically for the project. Third-party assets (themes, plugins, stock images, fonts, APIs) remain subject to their respective licenses.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided with professional care and skill. However, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of this website or services.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
